Please take notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the PCTC will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 starting at 6:30 pm for the following purposes:

To receive and act upon the Report of the President;

To receive and act upon the Report of the Treasurer;
-
To elect the nine (9) members of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2022 to 2023
-
To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting
Only members in good standing shall be entitled to participate and vote at the meeting. Membership for fiscal year 2020 -2021 must be valid. PCTC is now accepting membership renewals/new members for fiscal year 2021-2022. Members whose membership have expired before August 19, 2021, will need to renew their memberships on or before this date, to attend, participate and vote and be voted for at the meeting.
